طراحی و تدوین الگوی مسئولیت اجتماعی شرکتی نوآورانه در روابط شرکت‌ها و جامعه محلی با رویکرد فراترکیب (صنایع مس)

چکیده

مسئولیت اجتماعی شرکتی نوآورانه و پایدار به شرکت‌ها کمک می‌کند تا از نظر اجتماعی و به ویژه تأثیر احتمالی فعالیت‌های خود، استانداردسازی اقدام‌ها، کاهش ریسک‌ها و بحران‌های اجتماعی نسبت به جامعه و محیط پاسخگو باشند. در واقع مسئولیت اجتماعی شرکتی نوآورانه، رویکردی متعالی به کسب و کار است که تأثیر اجتماعی اقدامات یک سازمان، بر جامعه را به شیوه نوآورانه مورد توجه قرار می‌دهد. از این رو هدف پژوهش حاضر، طراحی الگوی نوآورانه و پایدار مسئولیت اجتماعی شرکتی صنایع مس در ارتباط با جامعه محلی با استفاده از رویکرد فراترکیب بوده است. روش پژوهش کیفی، شیوه گردآوری داده‌ها فراترکیب و جامعه آماری پژوهش تمام تحقیقات صورت گرفته بین سال‌های 2010 تا 2024 بوده است. با استفاده از روش فراترکیب اقدام‌های انجام شده توسط صنایع مس در ارتباط با ذی‌نفعان، در قالب ۸۳ شاخص (کد) و ۲۹ مقوله شناسایی گردید. در نهایت، این مقوله‌ها در قالب پنج بعد اصلی شامل کارکنان، مشتریان، محیط‌زیست، جامعه محلی، و شرکا و سایر ذی‌نفعان طبقه‌بندی شد. نتایج این پژوهش بیانگر آن است که تمامی این پنج بعد، به عنوان ابعاد یا سازه‌های اصلی، در الگوی نهایی تحقیق حفظ شده‌اند و همچنین تمامی مقوله‌های استخراج شده در ساختار نهایی پژوهش باقی مانده است. بیشترین تعداد مقوله‌ها در بعد جامعه محلی شناسایی شد. صنایع مس، به‌منظور حفظ مشروعیت سازمانی و ارتقا تصویر مثبت خود در جامعه و نزد شهروندان، ملزم به رعایت اصول مسئولیت اجتماعی نوآورانه و پایدار است. از این رو، شناخت ابعاد و مولفه‌های مؤثر بر مسئولیت اجتماعی نوآورانه و پایدار برای این شرکت‌ها از اهمیت بسزایی برخوردار است. ماهیت خاص روش‌شناسی تحقیق و بهره‌گیری از رویکرد کیفی و راهبرد فراترکیب، این امکان را برای پژوهشگران فراهم آورد تا با اتخاذ رویکردی کل‌نگر، به بررسی این موضوع بپردازند. به این ترتیب، اقدامات مسئولیت اجتماعی شرکتی نوآورانه و پایدار در صنایع مس، در ارتباط با ذی‌نفعان داخلی و خارجی شرکت، به صورت جامع شناسایی و طبقه‌بندی گردید. در نهایت، این نتایج می‌تواند به عنوان راهنمای جامعی برای صنایع مس و سایر صنایع مشابه، در تدوین برنامه‌های مسئولیت اجتماعی شرکتی نوآورانه و پایدار در خصوص ذی‌نفعان درون‌سازمانی و برون‌سازمانی مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.
