Green Transformational Leadership and Its Impact on Sustainable Performance in Manufacturing Companies: The Role of Organizational Support and Human Resource Management

In recent years, environmental crises have prompted a global commitment to sustainable business practices. A key solution lies in the adoption of green initiatives and strategies. Organizational improvement is widely recognized as a critical tool for implementing strategic programs and driving fundamental change within firms. This study investigates the impact of green transformational leadership, green human resource management (GHRM), green innovation, and organizational support on the sustainable performance of manufacturing companies located in the Shiraz Grand Industrial Park. Additionally, it examines the moderating role of perceived organizational support in the relationships between green transformational leadership, GHRM, green innovation, and sustainable performance. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire and analyzed via structural equation modeling (SEM) using AMOS software. The findings reveal that green transformational leadership, green human resource management, and green innovation each have a direct and significant positive effect on sustainable performance in manufacturing firms. These results offer valuable insights for policymakers and managers seeking to formulate effective strategies for sustainable development.
