تأثیر رهبری بر رفتار کارکنان از طریق نگرش و مدیریت منابع انسانی با رویکرد سبز

چکیده

با توجه به‌شدت مسائل زیست‌محیطی امروزی، شرکت‌ها به‌طور فزاینده‌ای مفاهیم سبز را جزء کلیدی استراتژی‌های عملیاتی خود قرار می‌دهند. رفتار سبز کارکنان به‌عنوان یک مکمل ضروری برای راهبرد محیطی شرکت، مورد توجه همه بخش‌های جامعه قرار گرفته است. بر اساس تئوری حفاظت از منابع، هدف از این پژوهش بررسی تأثیر رهبری سبز بر رفتار سبز کارکنان از طریق نگرش سبز و مدیریت منابع انسانی سبز است. پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر روش توصیفی است. جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر را کارکنان شرکت‌های تولیدی شهرکرد به تعداد 660 نفر تشکیل دادند که حجم نمونه با محاسبه فرمول کوکران تعداد 244 نفر تعیین و با روش نمونه گیری طبقه‌ای متناسب با حجم انتخاب شدند. ابزار پژوهش پرسشنامه استاندارد رهبری سبز سوء و همکاران(2020)، پرسش نامه استاندارد رفتار سبز کارکنان بلوک و همکاران (2015)، پرسش نامه استاندارد نگرش سبز شاه(2023) و پرسشنامه استاندارد مدیریت منابع انسانی سبز شاه(2023) بوده است که روایی پرسشنامه با استفاده از نظر صاحب‌نظران و دیدگاه تعدادی از جامعه آماری مورد بررسی قرار گرفت و از سوی دیگر پایایی پرسش‌نامه‌ها با آلفا کرونباخ به‌ترتیب (90/0)، (88/0)، (77/0) و (90/0) برآورد شد. نتایج نشان داد که رهبری سبز از طریق نگرش سبز بر رفتار سبز کارکنان تأثیر مثبت و معناداری دارد که ضریب این تأثیر 76/0 است و از طریق مدیریت منابع انسانی سبز بر رفتار سبز کارکنان تأثیر مثبت و معناداری دارد که ضریب این تأثیر 65/0 است. همچنین رهبری سبز بر رفتارهای رفتار سبز کارکنان تأثیر مثبت و معناداری دارد که ضریب این تأثیر 66/0 است.
