مدیریت سبز و عملکرد پایدار کسب وکارهای کوچک و متوسط صنعتی: نقش میانجی گری نوآوری سبز

چکیده

هدف این پژوهش، با توجه به نظریه­های نهادی، ذینفعان و دیدگاه مبتنی بر منابع طبیعی، بررسی رابطه میان مدیریت سبز و عملکرد پایدار و نقش میانجی­گری نوآوری سبز می­باشد که یافته‌ها از لحاظ نظری و عملی به ادبیات مدیریت سبز، عملکرد پایدار و نوآوری سبز در کسب­وکارها کمک خواهند کرد. این پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی با ماهیتی توصیفی- تحلیلی و به روش همبستگی می­باشد. برای تجزیه­وتحلیل داده­ها از مدل­سازی معادلات ساختاری (SEM) و حداقل مربعات جزئی (PLS)  استفاده شده است. برای ارزیابی مدل اندازه­گیری از معیارهای مختلفی مانند بار عاملی استاندارد، پایایی ترکیبی، میانگین واریانس استخراج شده و روایی واگرا، برای ارزیابی مدل ساختاری از ضرایب معنی­داری (T-values) و معیار R Squares، برای برازش کلی مدل از شاخص نیکویی برازش (GOF) در حداقل مربعات جزئی، برای مشخص نمودن نوع میانجی­گری از آزمون­های بوت­استرَپینگ و شمول واریانس، و همچنین برای برآورد قدرت پیش­بینی مدل از آزمون توان پیش‌بینی روایی متقاطع (CVPAT) استفاده شده است. نتایج نشان می­دهد که میان مدیریت سبز و عملکرد پایدار و نوآوری سبز رابطه معنادار و مثبتی وجود دارد، همچنین نوآوری سبز نقش واسطه­ای (جزئی) را میان مدیریت سبز و عملکرد پایدار بازی می­کند. با توجه به یافته‌های مطرح­شده، می‌توان نتیجه گرفت که مدیریت سبز و نوآوری سبز می‌توانند بهبود عملکرد پایدار سازمانی را تسهیل کنند. همچنین، نوآوری سبز به­عنوان عامل واسطه‌ای نقش مهمی در ارتباط بین مدیریت سبز و عملکرد پایدار دارد. این نتایج نشان می‌دهند که اجرای استراتژی‌های سبز و نوآوری در سازمان‌ها می‌تواند به بهبود عملکرد پایدار و مدیریت محیط­زیست کمک کند.
