تحلیل تأثیر مدیریت منابع انسانی سبز و مسئولیت اجتماعی شرکت بر عملکرد پایدار با نقش میانجی رفتار شهروندی محیط‌زیست محور

چکیده

هدف از این پژوهش، تحلیل تأثیر مدیریت منابع انسانی سبز و مسئولیت اجتماعی شرکت بر عملکرد پایدار با تأکید بر نقش میانجی رفتار شهروندی سازمانی محیط‌زیست محور می‌باشد. پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر ماهیت و روش، توصیفی - پیمایشی است. جامعه آماری پژوهش، کارکنان شرکت فولاد آلیاژی استان یزد (150 نفر) بودند که با فرمول کوکران و از طریق نمونه‌گیری تصادفی ساده (108 نفر) انتخاب شده‌است. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها، پرسش‌نامه بوده است. روایی و پایایی پرسش‌نامه‌ها حاکی از آن بوده که ابزارهای اندازه‌گیری از روایی و پایایی مناسب برخوردار است. نتایج نشان داد مدیریت منابع انسانی سبز بر رفتار شهروندی سازمانی محیط‌زیست محور و عملکرد پایدار به‌ترتیب تأثیر متوسط، مستقیم و معنی‌دار و تأثیر ضعیف، مستقیم و غیرمستقیم، و معنی‌دار دارد، مسئولیت اجتماعی شرکت بر رفتار شهروندی سازمانی محیط‌زیست محور و عملکرد پایدار به‌ترتیب تأثیر ضعیف، مستقیم و معنی‌دار و تأثیر ضعیف، مستقیم، غیرمستقیم و معنی‌دار دارد و همچنین رفتار شهروندی سازمانی محیط‌زیست محور بر عملکرد پایدار تأثیری مستقیم و غیرمستقیم و قوی دارد. در نهایت رفتار شهروندی سازمانی محیط‌زیست محور می‌تواند نقش میانجی‌گری را در تأثیرگذاری مدیریت منابع انسانی سبز بر عملکرد پایدار و همچنین مسئولیت اجتماعی شرکت بر عملکرد پایدار ایفا کند. با وجود مدل طراحی می‌توان انتظار داشت که شرکت مذکور بتواند به‌منظور افزایش عملکرد پایدار به افزایش سطح مدیریت منابع انسانی سبز و مسئولیت اجتماعی شرکت خود بپردازد و اگر بخواهد تأثیرگذاری بیشتری بر آن نیز داشته‌باشد بایستی بتواند نقش متغیر رفتار شهروندی سازمانی محیط‌زیست محور نیز توجه کند.
